- Communities where rate of indigent child illiteracy is high as result of forced drop-out because of circumstances and misfortunes. Some of these children are exposed to unwanted girl-child pregnancies, child trafficking and gangster lifestyle, cult and terrorist recruitment;
- Communities who lack access to authentic health care services and products
- Communities who were torn by natural or man-made disaster and are in dire need for survival.

Victor Akoji Ibrahim is the Founder and Executive Director of Bellvicks Global Aid Initiative, a humanitarian and community development organization dedicated to improving lives through sustainable solutions in health, education, skills development, environmental sustainability, and community empowerment.
With a strong background in Business Administration, Public Administration, and International Business Management, Victor combines strategic leadership with a deep commitment to social impact. His professional experience spans business development, policy advisory, community engagement, and humanitarian service, equipping him with a broad understanding of the challenges facing vulnerable communities and the opportunities needed to create lasting change.
Since founding Bellvicks Global Aid Initiative in 2013, Victor has led numerous initiatives focused on supporting underprivileged children, expanding access to healthcare outreach, providing vocational training opportunities, and empowering individuals and families to achieve greater self-reliance. His vision is rooted in the belief that sustainable development begins when communities are equipped with the resources, knowledge, and opportunities needed to thrive.
Under his leadership, Bellvicks continues to build strategic partnerships, mobilize volunteers, and deliver impactful programs that restore hope, strengthen communities, and transform lives.
Victor remains passionate about creating a future where compassion inspires action and every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Dr. Christopher Otabor is a distinguished Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon, healthcare executive, and the Medical Director of Alliance Hospital & Services, Abuja. With extensive experience in clinical practice, healthcare leadership, and hospital administration, he brings valuable expertise to the governance and strategic direction of Bellvicks Global Aid Initiative.
A Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS), Dr. Otabor has dedicated his career to advancing quality healthcare, strengthening health systems, and improving access to medical services. His professional achievements and leadership within the healthcare sector have positioned him as a respected advocate for sustainable health development.
As a Board Member and Strategic Health Advisor, Dr. Otabor provides guidance on health-related programs, community outreach initiatives, strategic partnerships, and policies that enhance the well-being of vulnerable populations. His insight supports Bellvicks’ commitment to delivering impactful, community-centered solutions that promote healthier and more resilient communities.

Zainab Mammanjimoh is a certified Marriage and Family Life Therapist and Counsellor with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and hope.
She believes that every person’s life is a story worth listening to and that meaningful transformation begins when people are given the opportunity to be heard, understood, and supported. Her approach goes beyond offering guidance; she walks alongside individuals and families as they work through difficult circumstances, strengthen relationships, and pursue emotional well-being.
With a natural gift for connection and empathy, Zainab is dedicated to creating safe spaces where people can openly share their experiences, overcome personal struggles, and discover pathways to healing and growth.
