The Bellvicks Community Food Bank exists to support individuals and families facing food insecurity by providing access to nutritious food and essential household items during times of need.
We believe that no one should have to choose between feeding their family and meeting other basic needs. Through the generosity of donors, volunteers, businesses, and community partners, we collect and distribute food and essential supplies to vulnerable individuals and households within our communities.
Our Food Bank serves as a bridge between compassion and practical support, ensuring that donated resources reach those who need them most.
How You Can Help
Donate Food
We welcome donations of non-perishable food items and household essentials, including:

• Beans and Pulses
• Tinned Foods

• Long-Life Milk

All donated items are carefully checked, sorted, and prepared for distribution.
Make a Financial Donation
Financial contributions help us purchase essential food items, respond to urgent needs, and maintain our food support operations.
Corporate Food Partnerships
We partner with supermarkets, food manufacturers, restaurants, farms, community groups, and businesses to reduce food waste and increase community support.
Need Food Support?
Individuals and families experiencing hardship may apply for food assistance through our Community Food Support Programme.
Applications can be made online or through referral partners including:

• Local Authorities
Each application is assessed confidentially and with dignity.
Collection Process
Once an application is approved:
1. Applicants receive a collection notification by email, phone, or SMS.
2. A collection date and time are scheduled.
3. Beneficiaries present their collection reference number.
4. Food parcels are provided based on household size and identified needs.
5. Additional support services may be offered where appropriate.
For elderly, disabled, or vulnerable individuals, home delivery may be available subject to volunteer capacity.
